Your information.
How THE BOSS GPS handles your cart, enquiries and service requests.
Cart and browsing
A first-party session cookie links this browser to your saved cart and enquiry references. Signed-in checkout requests are also linked to your account so you can view status across sessions. The cookie is needed for the shopping flow and expires after 30 days. Cart contents are stored on the server; they are not shared between unrelated browser sessions.
Information you submit
Checkout saves your name, email, phone, city, PIN code, selected products and optional notes. The contact form saves your name, email, topic and message. Your signed-in account identifier links new checkout requests to My orders. Only submit details needed for your enquiry; payment card information is never requested.
Dealer quotations and service requests
Dealer and service forms save contact details, company, location, requested products and quantities, requirements, and any optional serial, IMEI, order reference or purchase date you provide. The store owner reviews requests and prepares quotations. Quotation PDFs are available to the owner and the submitting account or browser session. Contact us to request deletion when these records are no longer needed.
Product comparison
Your comparison selection is stored in this browser tab. Shared comparison links contain product identifiers only, with no customer details.
How enquiries are handled
Submitted details are stored with the enquiry for review by the store owner. The form does not automatically send email or WhatsApp messages. Contact buttons open your phone, email app or WhatsApp, where you choose what to share. There are no advertising or analytics trackers added by this store.
